The OJMAG Committees and Committee Chairs are as follows:
Programs Committee
Adrianne Snyder, Chairperson
The Programs Committee creates the meeting calendar for the year, investigates locations through out the year for future meeting spaces and works with other committees to set up 4 workshops (one each quarter).
Publications Committee
Chris Kaminski, Chairperson
The Publications Committee gathers news and collects articles for the newsletter, collects and maintains a listing of city and local newspapers for press releases or advertising and assists in the maintanance of the web site and any mass emails.
Fundraising and Finance Committees
Debbie Joseph, Chairperson
The Fundraising Committee works with the Programs and Memership Committees on locations for workshops and sales opportunities.
The Finance Committee works with all committees to develop the budget and along with the Treasurer, provides financial oversight.
Membership Committee
Silvia Dolson, Chairperson
The Membership Committee works with the Treasurer and the Programs, Publications and Hospitality Committees to publicize OJMAG, maintain the membership list and increase membership.
Hospitality Committee
Position currently open
The Hospitality Committee works with the membership and all other committees to arrange the refreshments for the four social gatherings and sends appropriate wishes to members as necessary (birth, birthdays, condolences, etc.).
